1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document is issued by ICONIC GLOBAL SPORTS S.L., a company duly registered under the laws of Spain with Company Registration Number B-13988977, operating under the trade name "Iconic Football Academy" The principal place of business is located at Avenida De Andalucía, 9, Benahavís 29679, Málaga, Spain. ICONIC GLOBAL SPORTS S.L. is dedicated to providing premier programmes in football training and education, along with comprehensive services, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism. By engaging in the services offered, all parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined within this document. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Iconic Football Academy ("the Academy") and its player ("the Player"). By registering for any of our programmes, both the Player and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
1.1 ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: I (the Player) confirm the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form.
1.2 ROLE AS AN AMBASSADOR: As an ambassador of Iconic Football Academy, I (the Player), commit to upholding the values of the sport by adhering to its rules and regulations. I will maintain exemplary discipline and conduct throughout the programme, demonstrating sportsmanship in all games and training sessions. This includes showing respect to opposing teams and treating all players, coaches, and officials with courtesy. I will also respect the authority of game officials and appreciate the privilege of using public facilities. Furthermore, I pledge to regularly attend training and educational sessions. Failure to meet programme requirements, including attendance and conduct, may result in dismissal from the programme, without refund, at the sole discretion of the Academy's.
1.3 CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR: As a Player, I will refrain from using drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and engaging in abusive language. I acknowledge and accept that any breach of Iconic Football Academy's rules and regulations may result in my dismissal from the programme at my own expense, without a refund.
1.4 CAREER SUCCESS: I (the Player) understand that Iconic Football Academy is not responsible for any perceived lack of success in achieving a professional football career. While Iconic Football Academy provides high-quality coaching and training, achieving success in a professional football career is influenced by various factors beyond the Academy's control.
1.5 PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: While Iconic Football Academy provides high-quality coaching and training programmes, I (the Player) understand that the Academy cannot guarantee contracts or trials with professional clubs during or after participation in the programme.
1.6 TALENT RECOGNITION: I (the Player) acknowledge that Iconic Football Academy offers numerous opportunities for players to be noticed by clubs and scouts. Further consideration will be given to the most talented players based on their level.
1.7 CLUB MANAGEMENT: I (the Player) understand that the goal of Iconic Football Academy is to help players reach a European standard of play. Any interested clubs will be managed by Iconic Global Sports s.l. t/a Iconic Football Academy, which will oversee contract negotiations.
1.8 EXCLUSIVE REGISTRATION: I (the Player) will not be involved in any form of registration with another club, academy, or agent without clearance from Iconic Football Academy.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 METHOD OF PAYMENT: Iconic Football Academy accepts payment via bank/wire transfer without any administration fees. Transfers should be made payable to ICONIC GLOBAL SPORTS S.L. Bank details can be found in a PDF document and at the footer of the registration form, both available in the Payment Portal. Applicants are responsible for any currency exchange fees or transfer charges incurred during payment.
2.2 REGISTRATION FEE: To secure the Player's place, a registration fee of €300 (THREE HUNDRED EUROS) is required. This fee will be deducted from the total programme cost. Please note that if the remaining programme fees are not paid by the deadline specified in the Letter Of Acceptance (LOA), or if the Player chooses not to proceed with the programme by the designated start date, the Academy will retain the registration fee. However, should the programme be cancelled for reasons attributable to Iconic Football Academy, the registration fee will be refunded without delay.
2.3 PROGRAMME FEES: Fees are subject to change without notice. Payment amounts and schedules vary based on the chosen programme. Flexible payment plans are offered, and all fees must be settled in full prior to the programme's commencement. The payment schedule is outlined in Annex I of the terms and conditions, the registration form, and the pricing page of the website. In all cases, a registration fee and deposit in EUROS is required upon submission of this application.

3. ADDITIONAL COSTS:
3.1 AIRPORT TRANSFER COSTS: The Player or parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), are liable for any additional costs related to individual airport transfers to/from the Player's accommodation.
3.2 LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE: The Player or parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), will be held accountable for any physical damage caused by the Player. This encompasses damage to property at accommodations, educational institutions, training facilities, or any property belonging to another Player, Monitor, or Staff Member associated with the programme.
3.3 DELAYED FLIGHTS: Iconic Football Academy is not liable for any inconvenience or expenses resulting from flight delays. While the Academy will assist Players with re-ticketing, booking subsequent flights, and arranging overnight accommodations if necessary, all associated costs are the responsibility of the Player.
3.4 LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY: Iconic Football Academy assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience or expenses arising from lost or stolen property. Players are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. Iconic Football Academy will assist Players by notifying local authorities and aiding in filing a lost or stolen property report if such an incident occurs.
4. LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, VISA NON-COMPLIANCE, OR CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: It is the exclusive responsibility of the Player and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), to obtain any necessary passports, visas, or other travel documents required for participation in the Programme. The Player and parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18) should retain copies of all travel documents in case of emergencies. Regardless of citizenship status, Players and parent/guardian agree to release Iconic Football Academy from liability should they be unable to secure the necessary documentation for programme participation. Additionally, the inability to obtain visas or other documents does not qualify for a refund or waiver of any programme fees.
4.2 VISA NON-COMPLIANCE: In cases where a visa application is refused or an existing visa is cancelled, it is considered a situation of visa non-compliance. This may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to, failure to meet the required criteria or changes in eligibility status. It is essential for applicants to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete to avoid such outcomes. Should the Player face any issues regarding visa non-compliance, please contact our support team for guidance and assistance.
4.3 UPON PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE: If the Player is denied a VISA or cancels their application after accepting the programme in order to receive the Letter Of Acceptance (LOA), the Player will forfeit the €300 registration fee. Additionally, a €300 cancellation fee and a €400 Letter Of Acceptance fee will be applied.
5. REFUND POLICY
Iconic Football Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy due to the limited availability of spaces in its programmes, which often requires declining other interested Players.
5.1 LEGITIMATE REASONS: In cases where a Player cannot attend for a legitimate reason, they are encouraged to contact the Academy with sufficient notice.
5.2 PROGRAMME TRANSFER: The academy will endeavour to accommodate by transferring the Player to a later programme, subject to availability.
6. PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS
Iconic Football Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel any programme due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, or other events beyond the Academy's control. In the event of a modification, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives and will notify the Player and the parent/guardian (if applicable) as soon as possible. If a programme is cancelled by the Academy, affected participants will be offered a full refund of any fees paid or the option to transfer to another programme, subject to availability.
6.1 TIMETABLE AND SCHEDULING ADJUSTMENTS: The weekly timetable and any written programmes provided by Iconic Football Academy are subject to change. While the Academy strives to maintain the schedule as planned, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments to training sessions, academic schedules, or other activities. Iconic Football Academy reserves the right to modify the timetable as needed to ensure the highest quality of training and education for Players. Players will be notified of any significant changes in advance whenever possible.
7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
By enrolling in Iconic Football Academy, both the Player and the parent/guardian (if the player is under 18), acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the health and medical care of the player:-
7.1 MEDICAL FITNESS: I (the Player) must ensure that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in Iconic Football Academy programmes. It is recommended that the player consults with a healthcare professional before commencing any training or physical activity.
7.2 MEDICAL INFORMATION: I (the Player) agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or history that may impact my ability to safely engage in Iconic Football Academy activities. This includes, but is not limited to, allergies, chronic conditions, or any ongoing medical treatments.
7.3 INJURY AND ILLNESS: Iconic Football Academy is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during participation in its programmes. I (the Player) acknowledge that participating in the activities offered by Iconic Football Academy involves certain inherent risks of injury. Therefore, in consideration of my involvement in the chosen programme, I (the Player) agree to release, waive, and discharge Iconic Football Academy, along with its servants, agents, and employees, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that I may experience. This release applies regardless of whether such incidents are caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in the activities or while on the premises where the programme is conducted.
7.4 EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE: In the event of a medical emergency, Iconic Football Academy will make every reasonable effort to contact the players emergency contact. However, I (the Player) and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under the age of 18) consent to receive necessary medical treatment from qualified healthcare providers if deemed necessary by the Academy staff. I (the Player) also give my permission for any emergency medical care or treatment by a physician, surgeon, hospital, or medical care facility that may be required, including transportation, and accept responsibility for the cost. I (the Player) and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under the age of 18) understand that Iconic Football Academy's medical insurance policy, if any, provides only minimum coverage and I ensure adequate travel medical insurance coverage for serious accidents.
7.5 LIABILITY WAIVER: By signing this form, I (the Player) and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under the age of 18) release Iconic Football Academy and its staff from any liability related to injuries or health issues that may arise during my participation in the programme.
7.6 PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION: All medical information provided will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purpose of ensuring the Players' safety and well-being.
7.7 BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION: I (the Player) and the parent/guardian (if the player is under the age of 18) confirm that I/we have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this medical disclaimer.
8. INSURANCE AND INJURIES
Iconic Football Academy has a general liability and accident insurance for all athlete-students and for those incidents that may occur within the facilities.
8.1 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Academy is not liable for incidents beyond its control, including but not limited to theft, burglary, assault, injury, property loss, medical emergencies, terrorism, natural disasters, or any travel-related risks. Players or parent/guardian (if the Player is under the age of 18), must secure personal insurance to cover all potential costs for the Player during the Programme. Proof of insurance must be submitted by email to info@iconicfootballacademy.com 30 days before the Player's departure to Spain. Failure to provide this documentation may result in the denial of participation. Players and parent/guardian must understand their insurance policy limitations, acknowledging that Iconic Football Academy is not responsible for any uncovered losses. The Academy recommends to contract a medical assistance insurance, especially for those who do not belong to the European Union.
8.2 PLAYER INJURIES: Injuries incurred by Players during Iconic Football Academy programmes, particularly those arising from football activities, do not warrant a refund. While injuries are an unfortunate aspect of sports participation, the Academy cannot recover the fixed costs related to accommodation, meals, transportation, and other expenses. Should a Player need to exit the programme due to injury, Players or parent/guardian are responsible for arranging and covering transportation costs. Nonetheless, future enrolment in Iconic Football Academy programmes will be eligible for discounts or credits. Iconic Football Academy may offer limited health insurance for Players, but it is the Player's responsibility to ensure adequate health coverage for the duration of their programme.
8.3 INCIDENTS/ACCIDENTS OUTSIDE THE PROGRAMME: The Academy holds no responsibility for incidents or accidents occurring outside the supervision of its programmes. Players must obtain authorisation from Iconic Football Academy staff before engaging in any external activities. A signed parental permission release form (if the Player is under the age of 18), is mandatory to absolve the Academy of liability when a Player exits the programme. Departures without proper consent or the requisite release form are undertaken at the Players own risk.
9. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE CONSENT:
I (the Player) and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18) hereby consent to the collection and use of photographs and videos by Iconic Football Academy for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on social media platforms, Iconic Football Academy's official website, printed brochures, and advertising materials.
9.1 COMPENSATION: I (the Player) acknowledge that I shall receive no financial compensation for the usage of these images and videos.
9.2 RIGHTS WAIVER: I (the Player) waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith.
9.3 CONSENT DURATION AND WITHDRAWAL: This consent is valid indefinitely. However, I (the Player) and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18) retain the right to withdraw my/our consent at any time, in accordance with Article 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by providing written notice to Iconic Football Academy at privacy@iconicfootballacademy.com
9.4 DATA PROTECTION COMPLIANCE: Iconic Football Academy will process all personal data, including images and videos, in compliance with Article 6 of the GDPR and the privacy policy of Iconic Football Academy.
9.5 LEGAL AUTHORITY: I (the Player) confirm that I am of legal age to provide this consent, or I (the parent/guardian) confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the Player and have the authority to grant such consent.
10 GDPR COMPLIANCE: The Academy is committed to protecting the personal data of its applicants and participants in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect and process personal data, including special categories of data as defined under GDPR, to verify identity, facilitate visa processing, and manage programme participation. The data will be securely stored and shared only when legally required or as outlined in our Privacy Notice.
10.1 DATA COLLECTION: We collect personal data, including special categories of personal data (as defined in GDPR), provided in this form for the purpose of:

10.4 DATA RIGHTS: Applicants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data, as well as other rights under GDPR. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice.
10.5 USE OF PASSPORT AND GDPR COMPLIANCE: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we collect a copy of the players passport photo page for the following purposes:
The player passport information will be securely stored and only accessed by authorised personnel for the purposes stated above. It will not be shared with third parties unless required for visa processing or compliance with legal obligations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Notice available in the footer of our website.
By submitting the application and/or the registration forms, the player acknowledges and agrees to the collection, processing, and sharing of personal data as described above.
10.6 USE OF PARENT/GUARDIAN DOCUMENTATION AND GDPR COMPLIANCE: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Iconic Football Academy also collects a copy of the parent/guardian’s passport or official ID document for applicants under the age of 18. This is required to:

By submitting this form, the parent/guardian acknowledges and consents to the collection, processing, and secure storage of their personal data as described above.
10.7 ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND GDPR RIGHTS: By proceeding with registration, I (the Player) and the parent/guardian (if the player is under the age of 18) affirm our agreement to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our understanding of our rights under GDPR, as outlined in the Privacy Notice.
11 POLICIES AND COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS: By submitting this application/registration form, I, and the parent/guardian if the player is under the age of 18, confirm that I have read and agreed to our policies and compliance documents, which are available on our website at www.iconicfootballacademy.com. Applicants are encouraged to review these documents before proceeding.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Iconic Football Academy shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. In such circumstances, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to resume its obligations as soon as practicable and will communicate any necessary changes to the Player and the parent/guardian (if applicable). Participants will be offered alternatives where possible, including programme rescheduling or refunds, depending on the specific circumstances.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Málaga, Spain. The Player and the parent/guardian (if applicable) agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any disputes.

Iconic Global Sports S.L. t/a Iconic Football Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or for any other valid reason.
