These documents are accessible via the footer of the Academy’s website and on the Policies and Compliance page at www.iconicfootballacademy.com. 1.1 ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: The Player confirms that all information provided during the registration process, whether through the Academy’s website or registration form, is complete, true, and accurate. Submission of false or incomplete information may result in disqualification from the programme or termination of enrolment without refund.
1.2 ROLE AS AN AMBASSADOR: The Player, as an ambassador of Iconic Football Academy, commits to upholding the values of the sport by adhering to its rules and regulations. The Player must maintain exemplary discipline and conduct throughout the programme, demonstrating sportsmanship in all games and training sessions. This includes showing respect to opposing teams and treating all players, coaches, and officials with courtesy. The Player must also respect the authority of game officials and appreciate the privilege of using public facilities. Furthermore, the Player is required to regularly attend training and educational sessions. Failure to meet programme requirements, including attendance and conduct, may result in dismissal from the programme, without refund, at the sole discretion of the Academy.
1.3 CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR: The Player must refrain from the use of drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and engaging in abusive language. The Player is also required to read, understand, and comply with the Player Code of Conduct, which outlines the behavioural standards expected during their participation in the programme. The Player Code of Conduct is accessible via the Academy’s website and forms a binding part of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 CAREER SUCCESS AND PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: The Player understands that while Iconic Football Academy provides high-quality coaching and training, success in a professional football career is influenced by various factors beyond the Academy’s control. The Academy does not guarantee contracts or trials with professional clubs during or after participation in the programme.
1.5 TALENT RECOGNITION: The Player acknowledges that Iconic Football Academy offers numerous opportunities for players to be noticed by clubs and scouts. Further consideration will be given to the most talented players based on their level and performance.
1.6 CLUB INTEREST AND REPRESENTATION: Should a player attract interest from a professional club during their participation in the Iconic Football Academy programme, Iconic Global Sports SL t/a Iconic Football Academy will provide guidance and support throughout the process. In such cases, the Academy may act as an intermediary and assist with contract discussions to ensure the player’s best interests are represented. If formal representation or intermediary services are required (including the negotiation of professional contracts or transfers), a separate agreement will be discussed and agreed upon with the player (and parent/guardian, if applicable), which will outline any commission or intermediary arrangements in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Bank / Wire Transfer
2.2 METHOD OF PAYMENT: Iconic Football Academy accepts payment via bank or wire transfer without any administration fees. Transfers must be made payable to ICONIC GLOBAL SPORTS S.L. Bank details are provided in a PDF document and at the footer of the registration form, both of which are available in the Registration Portal. Applicants are responsible for any currency exchange fees or transfer charges incurred during payment.
2.3 REGISTRATION FEE: To secure the Player's place, a non-refundable registration fee of €300 (THREE HUNDRED EUROS) is required to secure a place in any Iconic Football Academy programme. This fee will be deducted from the total programme cost. If the remaining programme fees are not paid by the deadline specified in the acceptance email, or if the Player chooses not to proceed with the programme by the designated start date after registration, the Academy will retain the registration fee. However, if the programme is cancelled for reasons attributable to Iconic Football Academy, the registration fee will be refunded without delay.
2.4 PROGRAMME FEES: Programme fees are subject to change without notice. Payment amounts and schedules vary based on the chosen programme. Flexible payment plans are offered, and all fees must be settled in full prior to the programme's commencement. The payment schedule is outlined in clause 2.5 of the Terms and Conditions, ANNEX I of the registration form, and the pricing page of the website. In all cases, a registration fee and deposit in EUROS (€) are required upon submission of the registration.
2.5 PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A non-refundable registration fee of €300 is required to secure a place in any Iconic Football Academy programme. This fee is deductible from the total programme cost. Upon acceptance into any Iconic Football Academy programme, each applicant will receive a personalised payment schedule via their acceptance email. This schedule will outline the deposit and subsequent instalments required for their selected programme. Payment amounts and deadlines may vary depending on the programme and the applicant’s registration date. All payments must be made in accordance with the deadlines specified in the individual payment schedule provided in the acceptance email. Failure to pay the programme fee in full by the specified deadlines, or failure to commence the programme on the designated start date, will result in forfeiture of the registration fee and, where applicable, the deposit.
3. ADDITIONAL COSTS:
3.1 AIRPORT TRANSFER COSTS: The Player or parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), are liable for any additional costs related to individual airport transfers to/from the Player's accommodation. All transfer fees will be communicated in advance.
3.2 LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE: The Player or parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), will be held accountable for any physical damage caused by the Player. This encompasses damage to property at accommodations, educational institutions, training facilities, or any property belonging to another Player, Monitor, or Staff Member associated with the programme.
3.3 DELAYED FLIGHTS: Iconic Football Academy is not liable for any inconvenience or expenses resulting from flight delays. While the Academy will assist Players with re-ticketing, booking subsequent flights, and arranging overnight accommodations if necessary, all associated costs are the responsibility of the Player.
3.4 LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY: Iconic Football Academy assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience or expenses arising from lost or stolen property. Players are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. Iconic Football Academy will assist Players by notifying local authorities and aiding in filing a lost or stolen property report if such an incident occurs.
4. LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, VISA NON-COMPLIANCE, OR CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: It is the exclusive responsibility of the Player and the parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), to obtain any necessary passports, visas, or other travel documents required for participation in the Programme. The Player and parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18) should retain copies of all travel documents in case of emergencies. Regardless of citizenship status, Players and parent/guardian agree to release Iconic Football Academy from liability should they be unable to secure the necessary documentation for programme participation.
4.2 VISA NON-COMPLIANCE: In cases where a visa application is refused or an existing visa is cancelled, it is considered a situation of visa non-compliance. This may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to, failure to meet the required criteria or changes in eligibility status. It is essential for applicants to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete to avoid such outcomes. Should the Player face any issues regarding visa non-compliance, please contact our support team for guidance and assistance.
4.3 UPON PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE: If the Player is denied a VISA or cancels their application after accepting the programme in order to receive the Letter Of Acceptance (LOA), the Player will forfeit the €300 registration fee. Additionally, a €300 cancellation fee and a €400 Letter Of Acceptance fee will be applied.
5. REFUND POLICY: Iconic Football Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy due to the limited availability of spaces in its programmes, which often requires declining other interested Players.
5.1 LEGITIMATE REASONS: In cases where a Player cannot attend for a legitimate reason, they are encouraged to contact the Academy with sufficient notice.
5.2 PROGRAMME TRANSFER: The academy will endeavour to accommodate by transferring the Player to a later programme, subject to availability.
6. PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS
Iconic Football Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel any programme due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, or other events beyond the Academy's control. In the event of a modification, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives and will notify the Player and the parent/guardian (if applicable) as soon as possible. If a programme is cancelled by the Academy, affected participants will be offered a full refund of any fees paid or the option to transfer to another programme, subject to availability. The Academy also reserves the right to change training venues, accommodation, facilities, or other logistical arrangements at its discretion, provided that reasonable alternatives of equivalent standard are offered. Such operational changes do not entitle participants to a refund or compensation.
6.1 TIMETABLE AND SCHEDULING ADJUSTMENTS: The weekly timetable and any written programmes provided by Iconic Football Academy are subject to change. While the Academy strives to maintain the schedule as planned, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments to training sessions, academic schedules, or other activities. Iconic Football Academy reserves the right to modify the timetable as needed to ensure the highest quality of training and education for Players. Players will be notified of any significant changes in advance whenever possible.
6.2 PARTICIPATION IN OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES AND EXCURSIONS: By enrolling in Iconic Football Academy, the Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under the age of 18), consent to the Player’s participation in all academy-supervised activities, outings, and excursions that form part of the regular programme. This includes, but is not limited to, local trips, shopping excursions, cultural visits, training at various venues, and other routine off-site activities. The Academy will ensure appropriate supervision and safeguarding measures are in place for all activities. Separate written consent will be requested for any exceptional or non-routine activities, such as overnight trips or activities not considered part of the standard programme.
6.3 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TRANSFERS: The Academy is not responsible for organising or covering the costs of the Player’s travel to and from the programme, including all arrival and departure transfers at the beginning and end of the programme or any term/period of attendance. All travel arrangements and associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the Player and/or their parent/guardian, whether the programme is delivered independently by Iconic Football Academy or in partnership with another organisation.
6.4 AIRPORT TRANSFER FOR MINORS: For Players under the age of 18, any airport transfer to or from the Academy’s accommodation must be arranged in advance and will be supervised by an authorised Academy staff member, provided that full travel details and written parental/guardian consent are received at least 14 days before travel. The Academy is responsible for the minor from the point of airport pick-up until arrival at the accommodation (and vice versa for departures). The Academy is not liable for delays or disruptions outside its control but will ensure reasonable care and supervision throughout the transfer process. All associated costs remain the responsibility of the Player and/or their parent/guardian.
7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
7.1 MEDICAL FITNESS: The Player confirms they are in good health and physically fit to participate in Iconic Football Academy programmes. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting any training.
7.2 MEDICAL INFORMATION: The Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), must disclose any relevant medical conditions or treatments that may affect their participation.
7.3 PLAYER MEDICAL FORM:
The Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), must complete and submit the Player Medical Form via the Registration Portal as part of the application and registration process. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from participation. Following enrolment and deposit payment, players will receive secure, password-protected access to the Player Portal for any required updates to their medical information prior to arrival or during the programme.
7.4 INJURY AND LIABILITY WAIVER: The Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under the age of 18) acknowledge that participation in Iconic Football Academy programmes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries or illnesses. By enrolling, they agree to release, waive, and discharge Iconic Football Academy, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from all liabilities, claims, demands, or actions arising from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may occur as a result of participation. This release applies regardless of whether such incidents are caused by negligence.
7.5 EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE: In the event of a medical emergency, Iconic Football Academy will make every reasonable effort to contact the Player’s emergency contact. However, the Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18), consent to necessary medical treatment, including transportation, as deemed essential by Academy staff. The Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18) accept full responsibility for all associated costs. They also acknowledge that the Academy’s medical insurance policy, if any, provides only minimum coverage, and they are required to secure adequate travel medical insurance.
7.6 LIABILITY WAIVER: By enrolling, the Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under the age of 18) release Iconic Football Academy, its officers, staff, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or health issues that may arise during the Player’s participation in the programme.
7.7 PRIVACY AND PROTECTION: All medical information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely to ensure the Player’s safety and well-being. Iconic Football Academy processes this data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more details on how personal data is collected, processed, and stored, please refer to the Player Privacy Notice, available at www.iconicfootballacademy.com.
7.8 AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By registering, the Player and their parent/guardian confirm they have read, understood, and agree to this medical disclaimer.
8. INSURANCE AND INJURIES
8.1 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Iconic Football Academy maintains general liability and accident insurance for incidents occurring during official programme activities and within its facilities. However, this insurance does not cover players outside scheduled activities or offsite. The Player, or their parent/guardian (if under 18), is required to secure comprehensive personal insurance - including both travel and medical coverage - from a provider recognised in Spain. This insurance must cover the entire duration of the Player’s stay, including periods outside the programme, and must meet Spanish immigration requirements for international students (where applicable). As part of our safeguarding and compliance procedures, all participants - regardless of the duration of their programme or event (including short stays, camps, and trial days) - must provide proof of valid travel health insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and repatriation for the full duration of their stay in Spain. Insurance documentation must clearly state the policy number and provide emergency contact information for the insurer. Proof of insurance must be sent to info@iconicfootballacademy.com at least two weeks before arrival. Failure to provide proof may result in denial of participation. If you have questions about acceptable coverage, please contact us. The Academy strongly recommends comprehensive medical assistance insurance, especially for non-EU Players. Iconic Football Academy assumes no responsibility or liability for any costs, losses, or claims arising from incidents not covered by the Academy’s own insurance policy.
8.2 PLAYER INJURIES: The Academy is not responsible for injuries incurred during programmes, including those related to football activities. Injuries do not warrant refunds, as programme costs (e.g., accommodation, meals, transportation) remain fixed. Players exiting the programme due to injury are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation costs. Future enrolments may qualify for discounts or credits at the Academy’s discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring their insurance covers all football-related activities and must ensure that their health insurance - which may be included as part of a travel insurance policy - covers medical treatment, illness, and accidents for the entire duration of the programme.
8.3 INCIDENTS OUTSIDE THE PROGRAMME: The Academy is not liable for incidents occurring outside its supervision. Players must obtain staff authorisation before engaging in external activities. For Players under the age of 18, a signed Parental Permission Release Form is required to absolve the Academy of liability. Departures without proper consent are undertaken at the Player’s own risk. The Academy’s duty of care applies only during scheduled and supervised activities.
9. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE CONSENT

9.3 RIGHTS WAIVER: The Player waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written content, created in connection with their images or videos.
9.4 CONSENT DURATION AND WITHDRAWAL: This consent is valid indefinitely. However, the Player and their parent/guardian (if under 18) may withdraw consent at any time by providing written notice to privacy@iconicfootballacademy.com. Upon receipt, the Academy will cease using the Player’s photographs or videos for future promotional purposes.
9.5 DATA PROTECTION COMPLIANCE: All personal data, including images and videos, will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and the Academy’s Privacy Policy. Data will be handled securely to protect the Player’s privacy.
9.6 LEGAL AUTHORITY: The Player confirms they are of legal age to provide this consent, or the parent/guardian confirms they are the legal guardian and have the authority to grant such consent.

Personal data, including copies of identification documents (e.g., passports), is collected for purposes such as verifying identity, programme administration, legal compliance, and player safety. All personal data is securely stored and accessed only by authorised personnel. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required as law, for visa processing, or as outlined in the Academy’s Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. For full details on how personal data is collected, processed, and stored, applicants must review the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy, available at www.iconicfootballacademy.com. By submitting the registration form, the Player (and parent/guardian, if applicable) acknowledges and consents to the processing of personal data as described.
11. POLICIES AND COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS: By submitting the application or registration form, the Player and their parent/guardian (if the Player is under 18) confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policies and compliance documents of Iconic Football Academy. These documents, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Player Code of Conduct, are available on the Academy’s website at www.iconicfootballacademy.com. 12. FORCE MAJEURE: Iconic Football Academy is not liable for failure or delays in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to resume operations promptly and communicate changes to the Player and their parent/guardian (if applicable). Where possible, alternatives such as programme rescheduling or refunds will be offered, depending on the circumstances.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Málaga, Spain. The Player and their parent/guardian (if applicable) agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for dispute resolution.
