FEES 2026 / 2027

Please note that for programmes in excess of 90 days, non‑EU players will need to select an education course that is recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education. We offer a Spanish language course by the Instituto de Cervantes for players age 18 years or older. This qualifies for long‑term national student visa applications.

Iconic Football Academy™ provides required programme documentation and can guidance on the process; however, players are responsible for applying for the visa, travel arrangements, and travel/health insurance for the duration of their stay in Spain. The visa application and all associated costs remain the responsibility of the player.

Payment methods: We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit/debit cards) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, MobilePay, Revolut Pay, Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later), and bank/wire transfer. Card and digital payments are processed securely via Stripe. 

Personalised Payment Schedule (PPS) (important): Following acceptance, the applicant will receive (or may have already received) a written PPS confirming the programme start date, the required advance payment (Reservation Payment for residential packages or Programme Fee - Part Payment for non-residential packages), any instalments (if applicable), and all payment deadlines. The PPS forms part of the booking agreement and is the controlling document for payment dates and amounts.

Bank transfer: If the applicant wishes to pay by bank or wire transfer, the applicant must request bank transfer details at the time of registration or as soon as possible after acceptance. Requesting bank details late does not extend payment deadlines set out in the PPS.

Advance payment to provisionally reserve a place (Reservation Payment or Part Payment): To provisionally reserve a place, an advance payment is required by the deadline stated in the PPS. Depending on the programme, this may be either a Reservation Payment (typically for residential/accommodation programmes), or a Programme Fee - Part Payment (typically for non-residential/football-only programmes). Any advance payment is non-refundable (no monetary refund), earned on receipt, and is deducted from the remaining balance payable. A place is secured once all payments due before the start date are paid by the deadlines in the PPS.

Instalments and final balance: Flexible payment plans and instalments may be offered depending on the programme and intake. Where instalments are agreed, all payments must be made by the deadlines in the PPS. All fees must be paid in full before the programme start date, unless we confirm otherwise in writing in an updated PPS.

Refunds & Credits (Overview): Iconic Football Academy operates a no monetary refunds policy for participant cancellations or withdrawals. All payments (including any Reservation Payment and any instalments) are non-refundable once paid, except where Iconic Global Sports SL cancels the programme and cannot offer a suitable alternative start date, where a refund is required by law, or as otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions. In some cases, and at the Academy’s discretion, a participant may be offered a credit to a future start date subject to availability and the Terms & Conditions. Credits are applied to the programme fee at the time of rebooking; if programme fees have changed, the participant will be required to pay any difference.
