Based in Estepona, Spain, we welcome ambitious football (soccer) players aged 16+ for intensive training, showcase matches, and expert coaching from UEFA-licensed professionals. Accommodation and all meals are included, with training held at high-quality local facilities such as Estadio Francisco Muñoz Perez and Estadio de Atletismo de Estepona. NON-EU STUDENT-ATHLETES FOR STAYS OVER 90 DAYS - AGE 18 OR OVER:
Please note that for programmes in excess of 90 days, non-EU players will need to select an education course that is recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education. We offer a Spanish language course by the Instituto de Cervantes for players age 18 years or older. This qualifies for long-term national student visa applications. Iconic Football Academy™ provides all official documentation and supports players through every step of the visa process. Players are responsible for applying for the visa, travel arrangements, and travel/health insurance. Any questions about the visa process can be directed to the academy team, who can provide guidance; however, the visa application and all associated costs remain the responsibility of the player.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEES OF THE 'FOOTBALL PROGRAMME'
TRAVEL:
Return flights to and from Spain
Travel to and from the academy at arrival and departure
(Exception: players under the age of 18 will be collected to and from the airport by one of our safeguarding team)
VISA AND IMMIGRATION:
Visa application fees and associated costs
Responsibility for securing and applying for visas rests with the player/parent/guardian
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
All players (including EU and non-EU) are required to obtain their own comprehensive personal travel and medical insurance for the full duration of their stay. This insurance must cover medical care, repatriation, and periods outside of the official programme. This must be valid for the entire stay and compliant with Spanish immigration requirements where applicable.

PAYMENT TERMS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment methods: We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit/debit cards) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, MobilePay, Revolut Pay, Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later), and bank/wire transfer. Card and digital payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Following acceptance, the applicant will receive (or may have already received) a written Personalised Payment Schedule confirming the Reservation Deposit amount, any instalments (if applicable), and payment deadlines.
Bank transfer: If the applicant wishes to pay by bank or wire transfer, the applicant must request bank transfer details at the time of registration or as soon as possible after acceptance. Requesting bank details late does not extend payment deadlines.
Reservation Deposit (required): To secure a place, a non-refundable Reservation Deposit is required for all programmes. The deposit amount will be confirmed in the Personalised Payment Schedule. The Reservation Deposit is an advance payment and is deducted from the remaining amount payable.
Instalments: Flexible payment plans and instalments may be offered depending on the programme. All fees must be paid in full before the programme start date, in line with the Personalised Payment Schedule.
Minor Supplement: Players under 18 on the programme start date are subject to a Minor Supplement (covers safeguarding, supervision, support services, and airport transfers for minors). The amount will be confirmed in the Personalised Payment Schedule.
Refunds & Credits (Overview): Iconic Football Academy operates a no cash refunds policy for participant cancellations or withdrawals. All payments (including the Reservation Deposit and any instalments) are non-refundable once paid, except where Iconic Global Sports SL cancels the programme and cannot offer a suitable alternative start date, or where a refund is required by law. In some cases, and at the Academy’s discretion, a participant may be offered a credit to a future start date within 6 months of the original scheduled start date, subject to availability and notice. Credits are applied to the programme fee at the time of rebooking; if programme fees have changed, the participant will be required to pay any difference.
