With transparent, competitive fees and flexible payment options for players and families, our comprehensive 'Football Programme' (also known as ‘football program’ in some countries), is at the heart of everything we offer. Based in Estepona, Spain, we welcome ambitious football (soccer) players aged 16+ for intensive training, showcase matches, and expert coaching from UEFA-qualified professionals. Accommodation and all meals are included, with training held at high-quality local facilities such as Estadio Francisco Muñoz Perez and Estadio de Atletismo de Estepona. General liability and accident insurance for incidents occurring during official programme activities and within academy facilities
TRAVEL (PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ONLY):
Players under the age of 18 will be collected to and from the airport by one of our safeguarding team (Málaga and Gibraltar airports only)
VISA AND IMMIGRATION:
Visa application fees and associated costs
Responsibility for securing and applying for visas rests with the player/parent/guardian
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Some activities and excursions not included in the standard programme may incur additional charges
NON-EU STUDENT-ATHLETES:
Please note that for programmes in excess of 90 days, non-EU players will need to select either the 6-Month ‘Football + Spanish’ Programme or the 9-Month (Full-Season) ‘Football + Spanish’ Programme. These programmes are recognized by the Ministry of Education in Spain and qualify for student visa applications. Iconic Football Academy provides all official documentation and supports players through every step of the visa process. Players and their parent or guardian (if under the age of 18) are responsible for applying for the visa and making all travel arrangements. Any questions about the visa process can be directed to the academy team, who can provide guidance; however, the visa application and all associated costs remain the responsibility of the player and their parent or guardian (if under the age of 18).
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEES OF THE 'FOOTBALL PROGRAMME'
TRAVEL:
Return flights to and from Spain
Travel to and from the academy at arrival and departure
(Exception: players under the age of 18 will be collected to and from the airport by one of our safeguarding team)
VISA AND IMMIGRATION:
Visa application fees and associated costs
Responsibility for securing and applying for visas rests with the player/parent/guardian
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
All players (including EU and non-EU) are required to obtain their own comprehensive personal travel and medical insurance for the full duration of their stay. This insurance must cover medical care, repatriation, and periods outside of the official programme. This must be valid for the entire stay and compliant with Spanish immigration requirements where applicable.

PAYMENT TERMS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Bank / Wire Transfer
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Iconic Football Academy accepts payment via bank or wire transfer without any administration fees. Transfers must be made payable to ICONIC GLOBAL SPORTS S.L. Bank details are provided in a PDF document and at the footer of the registration form, both of which are available in the Registration Portal. Applicants are responsible for any currency exchange fees or transfer charges incurred during payment.
REGISTRATION FEE: To secure the Player's place, a non-refundable registration fee of €300 (THREE HUNDRED EUROS) is required to secure a place in any Iconic Football Academy programme. This fee will be deducted from the total programme cost. If the remaining programme fees are not paid by the deadline specified in the acceptance email, or if the Player chooses not to proceed with the programme by the designated start date after registration, the Academy will retain the registration fee. However, if the programme is cancelled for reasons attributable to Iconic Football Academy, the registration fee will be refunded without delay.
PROGRAMME FEES: Programme fees are subject to change without notice. Payment amounts and schedules vary based on the chosen programme. Flexible payment plans are offered, and all fees must be settled in full prior to the programme's commencement. The payment schedule is outlined in clause 2.5 of the Terms and Conditions, ANNEX I of the registration form, and the pricing page of the website. In all cases, a registration fee and deposit in EUROS (€) are required upon submission of the registration.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A non-refundable registration fee of €300 is required to secure a place in any Iconic Football Academy programme. This fee is deductible from the total programme cost. Upon acceptance into any Iconic Football Academy programme, each applicant will receive a personalised payment schedule via their acceptance email. This schedule will outline the deposit and subsequent instalments required for their selected programme. Payment amounts and deadlines may vary depending on the programme and the applicant’s registration date. All payments must be made in accordance with the deadlines specified in the individual payment schedule provided in the acceptance email. Failure to pay the programme fee in full by the specified deadlines, or failure to commence the programme on the designated start date, will result in forfeiture of the registration fee and, where applicable, the deposit.
