TEAM TRAINING
The game of football has different field formations and offensive strategies that the player needs to understand to become a professional. Our academy players will learn about the best way to play football with their teammates to help their team win. Our team training methodology is created to focus on defensive pressing, offensive tactics, ball movement and balance on the pitch, preparing the academy player with confidence both in football trials and in a competitive match.
POSITION TRAINING
Our position training methodology will put the player in the best place to succeed, while teaching them the basics of every other position on the pitch. It is important to master the position that best matches their talent. The academy player will improve their position skills by training specific drills. The academy player at Iconic will also be encouraged to build their awareness and intelligence of the game - awareness development will also give new tools to understand the best way to showcase their talent at football trials and to play football with ease.
GAME ANALYSIS
A good player needs to understand the game - aware what is happening on the pitch and how to be one step ahead. The player will be able to improve their intelligence of the game with real game scenarios. Our qualified UEFA coaches will demonstrate how to analyze game models giving their advice per position. The players will interact as a team, collectively learning the concepts they need to play football that will allow them to dominate and develop their roles on the pitch.
