Iconic is an international football academy in Spain, dedicated to helping every footballer fulfil their potential. With experienced coaches and support staff, we focus on improving the performance and development of every athlete through a personalised approach.
PROFESSIONAL COACHES UEFA
Our team of professional coaches will work to prepare every footballer for the chance of trials with a Club at their level - whether that's joining a professional club in Spain or getting a professional contract abroad. Our coaches design training tasks focused on each players potential, ensuring the correct pathway for their development. With a focus on both personal development and technical skills, we provide a supportive and encouraging environment for all players.
FOOTBALL AGENTS AND SCOUTS
We collaborate with a network of professional football agents and scouts who regularly visit the academy. Players demonstrating strong potential may be invited to showcase their abilities during training and match sessions observed by these professionals. While we provide opportunities for exposure, selection and advancement are at the sole discretion of the agents and scouts.

MAKING BETTER ATHLETES
Our programmes are structured to provide players with a challenging and rewarding experience, helping each athlete become a better footballer. Through sport-specific training designed to improve performance, players explore all aspects of team play and develop both physically and mentally - whether training individually, in small groups, or as part of a team.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our coaches deliver structured and effective strength and conditioning sessions, also incorporating both football-specific and track and field training methods. NUTRITION
Maintaining a healthy diet is essential for athletes training at a high level. At our academy, players enjoy homemade, nutritious meals designed to support intense training and overall wellbeing. We provide detailed information on meal composition and macronutrients, empowering players to understand how their food supports performance and recovery.
MENTORING
Becoming a professional footballer is not easy, it can be tough. It can be detrimental to athletes, if emotions are not addressed or controlled. Our specialists work one-to-one based on high performance and self-satisfaction, whilst also being there to help the player manage pressure, frustration and expectations. Becoming a pro player is about controlling emotions, having a support system in place, and enjoying the game.

The primary goal of our programme is to immerse each player in a professional football environment that mirrors the standards of elite clubs. Through structured training cycles, focused preparation, and guided recovery, players experience the routines and expectations of top-level football. Our coaches provide hands-on support and practical experience, helping athletes grow physically, mentally, tactically, and technically - building the confidence and resilience needed to succeed.

Iconic is an international football academy whose aim is to develop and prepare athletes to achieve their goals. Our goal is to get every player performing to their uppermost level, this involves giving out a high level of technical expertise, professionalism and integrity through training and coaching. With determination and dedication, the player will work hard, both on and off the pitch. Nutrition is king, and we provide a well balanced diet to maintain top level performance.
