PROFESSIONAL COACHES UEFA
Our team of professional coaches will work to prepare every footballer for the chance of trials with a Club at their level - whether that's joining a professional club in Spain or getting a professional contract abroad. Our coaches design training tasks focused on each players potential, ensuring the correct pathway for their development. With a focus on both personal development and technical skills, we provide a supportive and encouraging environment for all players.
FOOTBALL AGENTS AND SCOUTS
We work with a number of professional football agents and scouts, they will visit and monitor the players that we consider ready both in training and match sessions

With a dedicated team of coaches, health specialists and mentors, we provide the support system for each player. Strength & Conditioning, fitness, functional athletic performance and mentality; individual and group technical skills (team attacking and defending, finishing and set pieces, teamwork and effective possession), injury prevention and mentoring.

Our aim is to provide technical and tactical training for any person who wants to become a successful or professional footballer. Iconic Football Academy provides intensive training, mentorship, and unique football development systems for aspiring players.
MAKING BETTER ATHLETES
Our programmes are structured to provide players with a challenging and rewarding experience, aiming to make each player a better athlete. With sport specific training that improves their performance, we also provide data analysis, and educate the importance of good nutrition. Players will also explore all aspects of team performance and discover the physical and mental dynamics of training as an individual, team or group.
