If You Fail To Provide Personal Data?
Use of services accessed through the Online Facilities may require you to provide specific types of information. For example, we may not be able to provide you with access to the football programme due to not giving us any medical information (any unknown medical history could potentially put you at risk if you have an underlying condition or previous injury that could do you harm).
