ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:  Bank / Wire Transfer

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Iconic Football Academy accepts payment via bank or wire transfer without any administration fees. Transfers must be made payable to ICONIC GLOBAL SPORTS S.L. Bank details are provided in a PDF document and at the footer of the registration form, both of which are available in the Registration Portal. Applicants are responsible for any currency exchange fees or transfer charges incurred during payment.

REGISTRATION FEE: To secure the Player's place, a non-refundable registration fee of €300 (THREE HUNDRED EUROS) is required to secure a place in any Iconic Football Academy programme. This fee will be deducted from the total programme cost.  If the remaining programme fees are not paid by the deadline specified in the acceptance email, or if the Player chooses not to proceed with the programme by the designated start date after registration, the Academy will retain the registration fee. However, if the programme is cancelled for reasons attributable to Iconic Football Academy, the registration fee will be refunded without delay.

PROGRAMME FEES: Programme fees are subject to change without notice. Payment amounts and schedules vary based on the chosen programme. Flexible payment plans are offered, and all fees must be settled in full prior to the programme's commencement. The payment schedule is outlined in clause 2.5 of the Terms and Conditions, ANNEX I of the registration form, and the pricing page of the website. In all cases, a registration fee and deposit in EUROS (€) are required upon submission of the registration.

Upon acceptance into any Iconic Football Academy programme, each applicant will receive a personalised payment schedule via their acceptance email. This schedule will outline the deposit and subsequent instalments required for their selected programme. Payment amounts and deadlines may vary depending on the programme and the applicant’s registration date. All payments must be made in accordance with the deadlines specified in the individual payment schedule provided in the acceptance email. Failure to pay the programme fee in full by the specified deadlines, or failure to commence the programme on the designated start date, will result in forfeiture of the registration fee and, where applicable, the deposit.
